What if I need to cancel or amend my booking? | We appreciate life can be unpredictable. Whilst we will always endeavour to accommodate reasonable requests, we cannot provide refunds for confirmed bookings. We strongly recommend that all participants take out appropriate travel- and cancellation insurance. |
What is included in the price? |
All course and race fees are always included. For events and training on our own yacht we usually provide nutritious and freshly made food sourced locally as much as possible. This includes breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks onboard. If you have any dietary requirements we will do our best to accommodate those if you let us know in advance. |

Do you offer discounts? | We take pride in providing a high quality experience at a fair price to everyone. We disclose all our prices on our website and don’t usually offer separate discounts. |
Do you do corporate / team building events? | Yes we do and they are an amazing experience! Please refer to our page here |
Do you provide own boat tuition? | Yes, absolutely and this can be a very good way for boat owners to become more confident in their skills and more comfortable with their own boat. Please see [here] for details. |
Will I need a passport? | For international events such as Fastnet and cross-channel races you will need to carry a valid passport and any visa if applicable. |
What about customs formalities during international events? | We will usually submit the required forms on behalf of everyone onboard. Detailed requirements will be communicated when you sign up to one of our international events. |

Can I buy gear directly from you? | Yes, all our gear is available in our online shop. |
Can I pay by credit card? | The easiest way to pay is by bank transfer, details will be provided on your invoice. We also accept all major credit and debit cards. |
Can I pay in EUR? Or USD? | All our prices are in GBP as we are based and operate from the UK. |
Do you accept group bookings? | Yes, absolutely. Please contact us on sw@whitetipsailing.com to ensure enough spaces for your group are available for your chosen event. We also provide group training and corporate days. For more detail please see here. |
